  • Overview

    Individual will be responsible for all duties associated with processing swap transactions


    • Responsible for ETD and OTC trades processing.  Making sure trades are confirmed and  processed in relevant Operationssystems accurately and timely
    • Responsible for OTC trade confirmation in both electronic (DTCC, MarkitServ) and paper:
    • Validate the terms on the confirmation against the term sheet
    • Submit/upload trades details for trade confirmation and matching
    • Liaise with swap counter party documentation on executed confirmations
    • Monitor and follow up with missing trade/assignment/termination confirmations


    Responsible for all ETD confirmations using in house Electronic Trade Confirmation Systems


    • Calculate and confirm swap related payments with counterparties
    • Ensure trades are successfully communicated with custodians via either fax or FpML
    • Monitor and process reset for Total Return Swaps.\
    • Calculate, monitor and manage associated daily collateral flows across all derivatives
    • Maintain swap account information
    • Responsible to manage collateral movements with counterparties, including instruction and settlements
    • Reconciliation swap collateral with counter parties and posting collateral interest
    • Assist with audit request documentations
    • Participate in other special projects as assigned.



    • Detailed knowledge in derivatives
    • Experience of derivative confirmations, settlements and other operational aspects of derivatives.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong computer skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Three plus years of related experience


    Academic Qualifications (minimum requirements):

    Undergraduate degree in related field.  Experience may offset academic requirements.
