  • Overview

    The Enterprise Data Specialist will join the Data Governance team within in the Enterprise Solutions department.  The primary responsibility will be to implement that the data quality capabilities of the Data Governance Program across all data domains.  This will include implementing data quality measurement and monitoring processes, data quality status dashboards, and data issue and change management processes.


    • Possess knowledge and understanding of data governance structures and frameworks
    • Work directly with business data owners to define and draft business rules and data quality controls for critical data elements through data profiling
    • Partner to develop and manage data quality metrics
    • Implement data quality dashboards to provide status updates
    • Recommend deployment of tools to monitor and control data quality to business data owners
    • Determine the level of business impact for data quality issues
    • Design and recommend data quality issue remediation processes
    • Partner to execute training and communication supporting the Data Governance program


    • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; Mathematics, Science or Engineering
    • 2+ years of work experience in data management, data analysis, data quality or data governance experience
    • 2+ years of work experience in Capital Markets/Investment Banking and/or Asset Management industry preferred



    • Collaboration - Ability to develop positive and collaborative relationships with all stakeholders and effectively communicate with both business and technology stakeholders
    • Communication – Excellent written and verbal communication skills for multiple levels of management
    • Innovation - Experience using data in diverse ways to effectively optimize business processes
    • Technology –Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL experience preferred
    • Industry Knowledge - Knowledge of specific data attributes of fixed income and derivative instruments
